our dear friend here, Mazinger Z, otherwise known as 无敌铁金刚 was born on Oct 1972.

different from superman, spiderman, he is this gigantic robot created by metal which can only be found in the sediment of Mount Fuji.

and in my views, a little more unique than astro boy, because it is actually controlled by humans. there'll be this guy sitting in the robot piloting it to fight enemies. putting on the armor.

it is awesome. it can give out laser beams which can destroy enemies mercilessly. and can shoot out bombs from its knees. it can fight enemies as tall as 20m.

people rejoice and celebrate Mazinger Z because he protects them and brings peace to the land.

before bedtime i try to drink a cup of marigold milk before i sleep. my sister says its good for my nails. haha.

and marigold is having some kinda 'drive home a car' thing. so it motivates me to drink. haha.


if i win the car i'll go learn driving okay. haha.

he is 卢广仲 who is a super funny and cute guy. haha.

he is still quite unknown in singapore but my sister LOVES him. haha. so she was super excited when he came to town during the weekend. so we 'dropped by' bugis on sat and we saw him! surprisingly, there were quite alot of people. haha.

he had this super special and creative thing, singing at toastbox, the idea is to listen to his songs while having a cup of coffee. haha. he has got this trademark 'yeah' thing in whatever he says. hahahahaha.

and it was the first time i saw my sister totally being such a little girl and screaming and all. hahaha.

i was youtubing him just now and i laughed so much! he is sooo cute!



and this is one of my fave songs. hahaha.

i dont know how to say la. but he is just different from all the bubblegum pop jolin tsai or lollipop. he is sooo special and cute in his own ways. haha. he is currently my most played singer.

sept-oct holds quite a significant value to me. this time last year, i had one of the most bizarre moments of my life.

was reading through qizhen's blog just now. and two of her posts nearly brought me to tears. got me thinking about last year. sept, i lost my grandpa. oct, i lost my house.

even though i'm not exactly very close to my grandpa, but i recalled back, that day when i was awakened by my mum's sms to rush down to the hospital. and i cabbed over, arrived to see his lifeless body. and hours later, wrapped up. it still leaves me sad, that deep down in my heart kinda sadness.

and a week or so later, we moved house. separation.


so yeah. it all still leaves a twinge of sadness in me.


and how, one year from all those events, i realised how much i've learnt about the word '家'.

today, i learnt how to print screen on my mac (its really super easy and super clever of them), and i learnt how to crop my pictures (its super easy and efficient and super nice of them as well).

its the Lee Guitars All-Star Concert Singapore 2008. its held on 29th nov, 8pm at SIS.

theres gonna be Mayday (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) , Tanya (!!!!!), Zhang Zhen Yue (!!!!!), Emil Chou (!!!), Lee Zhong Sheng (!!!).

can you feel how my heart is like screaming and yearning to go? it consists of 3 of my all-time favourite artistes!



buttttttt. no moneyyyy. i'm satisfied with not getting the most ex ticket this time round though theres mayday. cos i feel that this concert has got like, so many quality composers around. and its gonna be such a good one! cannot miss!

can you imagine all the nice songsss that will be sung on that day??

hahaha. that reminds me that i missed chen qi zhen's concert earlier on which i regret till now. :(

i'm so so pleasantly provoked by all the fashion stuff i saw today online. i'm so going to upgrade myself man. these girls, their wardrobe consists of really basic stuff, but added together its like, wow. and its not as if i dont have them either (okay la, those blazers i really dont have. haha. ) but ya! theres always something better that i can wear man. tsk.

these few days, pretty much inspired by everything. theres really gotta be more creative ways in which we do things. be it the way we dress, personal grooming, outreaches etc etc. theres just gotta be something more in everything. and it expanded my mindset. and i'm looking forward to much planning and enlarging of my capacity. do-ers of the vision. sons and daughers.

oh yes. sons and daughters. this message really hit me. i remember pastor preached this on Saturday's morning session at emerge. and i sat there, listening to him, and the message just banged something into me and i remember myself tearing while i listened to him.

and i believe that its really the message for me now. it pretty much sums up everything that i've been thinking, and brought me up completely onto a different level. though i didnt take down notes during emerge, but at certain points i did receive something into my spirit. and for the days after, this message constantly kept resurfacing itself in my heart.

and so i was super glad that pastor did this message back home in singapore. i'm super looking forward to the rest of it. and yes, its super good to have pastor back home with us. i love pastor kong. :)





okay so yes, liverpool won mars! haha i dont know how to spell la so we'll stick to mars okay. haaha.

but anyhow, i was watching the match and i was recalling how when i was a little younger i used to believe that someday i can and will make it as the first female first-team Liverpool manager.hahaha. then we'll score awesome goals and we'll win treble every season. hahaha.

cool right. and by then, gerrard would have resigned. so he could be like, my advisor or the assistant manager. hahaha.

and i'll probably wear heels to training. hahaha.

okay just a random and funny thought that flashed through my mind. hahaha.

wow i think i've learnt so much about photoshop these few days. and i think its really cool. like mac, its like one of those few things that constantly wows me. everyday i'll find out new things about it. haha.

like today, i just found the background tool which is like super pretty and cool la!

hahaha. ohman. photoshop can be so fun.



and now, whenever i see pretty fonts, pretty borders, pretty brushes, pretty backgrounds, i'll be super excited and i'll download it immediately. hahaha.

you know i'm always constantly amazed by mac. like though i've been using it close to half a year now. but i'm still super amazed by it.

its like every other day i learn clever new tricks and shortcuts to my mac and it never fails to amaze me. it doesnt give me any virus problems, nor does it give me any startup problems. it is like as fast as the first day i used it.

like seriously! i was just looking through the mac website and it never fails to amaze me as well. like all the stuff.. and the design is so pretty! i'll always dwell in a mac retail shop for v long cos i'll be super amazed by all the things in there. haha.

apple is like, good la. contrary to what xiaxue thinks, that apple users think they are better than window users, seriously once you've experienced mac you'll never want to go back. hahaha. its soooo much more straightforward and so much easier to use!

its just soooo pretty. everything is super sleek. and its like, super good. and the features and the way things are, its amazing! like how you vroooommm can scroll pass everything and anything in style. and how in itunes your cds just appear so prettily there.

i really love my macbook la. april or may since i laid my hands on it, i've fallen more in love with it today than ytd. haha. i will make sure next time, my whole house is mac-filled. hahaha.

i just realised.

it was just two months ago. only two months ago.

it still saddens me alot.

to think that two months ago, i genuinely believed.

realised, determination/stamina/hunger/passion is so important.

you are someone i care for, and close to my heart.

and all along, you've been in my care as well.

thats why it saddens me so so so much, to see you fluctuating.

oh yes, this has happened many times before in the past, its all too familiar.

sometimes how i hope your fire and passion can just keep burning on.




i recalled, so many times i wanted to just give up.

but who am i to give up? i am not God.




i shall give this one last shot. all the way.

and this time round, it'll stay.

you know i started holidaying on august 5th.

and now its sept 4th.

school starts 13th oct.


it feels like i've been holidaying for the longest of time, and i still have the longest of time left till school reopens. (this is so qian bian haha)

but i havent exactly really enjoyed yet lei. like, it doesnt feel like holidays. so many things going on since.


haha. well my point is, i am still holidaying la omg. haha.

haaahaaa.before i start off with anything, i just want to say that i loved the lightings at emerge! it was pretty pretty pretty! my fave was this:

okayyy la. my FIRST mission trip you know. quite cool and fun. but tiring yes. imagine 7.30am all the way till 11.30pm. and being the sociable chorusboard people, supper till 1plus or 2. haha.

what did i take home from this emerge? i've got to say the morning session's preaching on saturday did bang something into me. i was sitting there listening to PK and i was tearing and all. it was such a good message, to me. :)

and not forgetting sat night. it was woah man. the african high commissioner's sharing really blew me away, and during ministry the presence of God just came and i was crying like mad. and God spoke! it was really cool. it was such a blast really.

most cek arkly i fell sick on sunday! which is super saddening cos i love hotel breakfasts but i only managed to eat onceee! ohman. haha. but i'm alright alr la yeah. haha. but my appetite isnt! i couldnt finish small sized student's meal mac meal ytd you know! thats a very wow thing. ahaha.

got to know new people as well! and know some of them more, like jo and angie. haha.

it was a good trip la. cant wait for my next mission trip :)
